The Job

– The core element of this job is to secure assets for inclusion in our auction sales
– These assets can come from industry or the insolvency sectors/finance co’s
– Working to targets, you will grow your contacts through your business development skills in order to maximise consignemtents using your already established network of contacts within the industry.
– You will have the ability to buy packages of assets as well as seeking consignees

The Person

– Enthusiastic about business and assets from across industries with an entrepreneurial nature
– An excellent negotiator with the ability to spot opportunities and a good sense to act on them
– Experienced in hunting new business opportunities using current and innovative techniques
– Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
– An excellent communicator with a great ability to build rapport with customers

Essential Requirements

– A proven track record in business development / sales in the construction, finance, insolvency or other associated industries
– The ability to travel
– Excellent organisation, time management and communication skills.

Desirable Criteria

– An already established network of contacts within the industry
– An excellent knowledge of current national and global markets
